I messaged mantawear.com about my order expecting a fairly quick update, or at least some kind of helpful response within a day or two. Instead, I didn’t hear anything for days, and when they finally got back to me, the reply was really short and didn’t actually answer much.
I ended up having to follow up again, which is more effort than I expected after placing an order. The clothes might be fine, but based on the customer service, the whole experience was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I was disappointed with this. After just two washes, the seams were already starting to come loose, which is ridiculous. I expected it to hold up a lot better than that.

I tried to return my order, but the replies have been really slow and I still haven’t gotten my refund. It’s annoying, and at this point I’d at least expect an apology for the delay and the hassle.

I ordered a hoodie because the site said it was in stock, and after I paid and got the confirmation email, I figured everything was good.

A few days later, I got a message saying it was actually out of stock. There wasn’t any clear update before that, so I was just left waiting around for no reason. It felt preventable if the stock info had been accurate.

The refund did come through, but I wanted the hoodie, not my money back a week later. They really need to fix the inventory updates. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort that out.

I feel like I wasted my money on this. For what I paid, I expected way better quality, but the material felt really basic and kind of cheap. It doesn’t seem like something that’s going to hold up for very long either. I’ve bought cheaper items from other places that looked nicer and felt much better, so this was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t order it again...

I was browsing mantawear.com because I wanted to find a few new clothing pieces, but the styles kind of stopped me from going any further. Some of the items looked really dated, and then others felt totally random, like there wasn’t one clear vibe tying everything together. Which is unfortunate, because I was genuinely ready to shop.
The colors and prints just didn’t work for me, and a lot of it gave off a cheaper look than I expected. Maybe someone else would be into that mix, and hey, fashion is subjective and all that, but I personally wouldn’t feel confident ordering from there based on how the clothes look.

I’ve reached out twice now asking about my order and still haven’t gotten a proper response. The communication has been really poor, and it just feels like I’m being ignored. I’m starting to wish I hadn’t ordered in the first place.

My order from Manta Wear did show up on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed when it arrived, and the shirt was just kind of loose inside with hardly any protection. Luckily it wasn’t damaged, but for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot better. I reached out and support basically said something like, “Sorry about the condition it arrived in, we’ll pass the feedback along,” which was okay, but didn’t really make me feel much better. Not the best first impression.

I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but it ended up being way too tight. Super frustrating because I needed it for something that week, so the timing really couldn’t have been worse.

I ordered based on their size guide, the fit was way tighter than I expected. I even measured myself twice before placing the order, so I don’t think it was just a quick mistake on my end. I ordered a shirt from mantawear.com for a birthday gift, i was worried I’d been fooled by the pictures online. The packaging was really plain, the sizing felt like a gamble, and the print looked cheaper in person than I expected. It just didn’t feel nice enough to give as a present, so I probably wouldn’t use them for gifts again.

I tried using the discount code when I was checking out — I think it was last week, or maybe the week before, and it just wouldn’t work. Not really sure what the issue was, but the promo ended up being useless for me.

Maybe the quality is better than it looks, but as a customer I’m cautious about spending more unless I feel confident about what I’m getting. For basic items, it just felt a bit overpriced, and I didn’t want to risk paying extra and ending up disappointed.

I was expecting some clear details or proof, but it mostly felt like vague marketing. Maybe they’re doing good things behind the scenes, but it came across a little greenwashy to me. Because of that, I probably won’t be buying from them again.

I don’t know, the material just feels... not great. It’s thin and a little scratchy, like something that probably won’t hold up well. I was expecting it to feel softer, or at least a bit more sturdy.
